Veronique Poulin is an associate in Fasken’s Emerging Technology Group with extensive experience advising early and growth stage companies in various technology subsectors. Fluently bilingual, she brings a personal approach to serve clients in both English and French across all Fasken offices.

Veronique’s practice includes a broad range of complex business transactions; with a focus on corporate, commercial, M&A, and venture capital matters. Veronique regularly counsels clients at various stages throughout the corporate life cycle, including formation, corporate governance, venture financings and exit.

Veronique’s style is approachable, valuing communication and responsiveness to her clients.

Prior to Fasken, Veronique worked as an associate at a national boutique corporate law firm, renowned for its focus on technology law and corporate finance.

Outside of work, Veronique enjoys cooking, listening to her favourite technology podcasts and being outdoors with her dog.
