Lucy Sivak, a valued member of our Real Estate Group, handles a wide array of real estate matters, including land acquisition and dispositions, leasing, and secured financing. She acts on behalf of corporate and individual vendors and purchasers in conveyancing matters, and for financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers in secured financing transactions. She also assists educational and religious organizations in real estate transactions. Lucy’s clients admire her attention to detail, quick responses, and dedication to achieving their objectives. Lucy is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Ontario. She is fluent in English and Russian.
