ZiChen Gao is an associate in the Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions Group. ZiChen is engaged in a diverse corporate/commercial practice for both private and publicly-held companies, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, share/asset purchase transactions, and securities work.

ZiChen graduated from McGill University, Faculty of Law and obtained a double degree in common law and civil law with a major in Commercial Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. She has worked as an Intern at the National Bank of Canada in the Legal Department and as a Law Clerk at the Cour du Québec.

ZiChen summered and articled at the Firm. She is trilingual in English, French and Mandarin.
