Barbara Clark is an associate in the Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions Group. She maintains a diverse corporate/commercial practice for both private and publicly-held companies. Barbara has been involved in a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, share and asset purchase transactions, debt and equity financings, and corporate governance.
Barbara graduated from Western University, Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, Barbara completed a double major in History and International Economic Development at McGill University.
Barbara summered and articled at the Firm and was seconded to The Co-operators Group Limited.
