Stacey is a partner within the Business Law Team and the chair of our Board of Directors. Stacey prides herself on providing personal attention and practical advice to her clients.

Stacey provides a diverse client base with comprehensive legal services essential to establishing and maintaining a business, preparing for a merger or acquisition and obtaining, maintaining and protecting intellectual property rights. In addition, she provides practical advice to clients on matters in information technology, privacy and anti-spam and data security across a broad range of industries that include food, automotive, software, entertainment and sports. She also advises clients regarding compliance with federal and provincial laws related to consumer protection, privacy and data security and recognizes that personal information and customer databases can be one of the most significant assets for a client. Stacey is focussed on providing her clients with strategies to ensure compliance with laws, risk identification and management and maximizing the value of their intellectual property assets.
