Emily is a Partner at Siskinds. Since 2003 she has practiced exclusively in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury claims with a focus on catastrophic and other serious motor vehicle claims, pediatric injury claims, municipal claims, and occupiers’ liability claims. Emily has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Pension Appeals Board, and the Social Benefits Tribunal.
Emily is a former Department Head with the Personal Injury group at Siskinds. She works as a mentor within the department.
