Graeme immigrated to Canada from South Africa in 1989; from growing up on a sugar cane farm to landing in London, surrounded by some of the richest farm country in Canada. His thoughtful, pragmatic approach to business law results in more robust legal strategies and guidance for his clients. This is especially important as Graeme guides owner operators through organizational structuring and expansion all the way to succession and tax planning.
