Aidan is a Lawyer in the Class Actions Department, based in the Toronto office. He obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2024, graduating in the top 10% of his cohort. While there, he worked as a student caseworker for Downsview Community Legal Services, assisting and defending tenants in housing-related disputes. He also won his school’s 2022 Hicks Morley Employment Law Moot, and was jointly awarded the recognition of Top Oralist Team in the 2023 Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Law Moot.
Aidan believes in the power of class actions to provide access to justice for individuals who are otherwise unable to pursue their own litigation. His practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in a wide range of litigation areas, including consumer protection, product liability, and complex securities. Prior to joining Siskinds as an associate in 2025, he worked as a summer and articling student with the firm.
