Description
Sarah Lam is an associate in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group in the Dentons Toronto office. She has experience handling a range of corporate insolvency and finance-related matters, including proceedings commenced under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. Sarah’s unique hybrid practice also involves supporting private lenders and borrowers in connection with their banking and commercial lending transactions.

Prior to joining Dentons as an associate, Sarah joined the firm as a first-year summer student in 2020, returned as a second-year summer student in 2021 and articled with the firm in 2022-2023.
