Matt firmly believes that most legal disputes can be resolved without resorting to protracted litigation. He actively communicates with all interested parties in an effort to find timely and cost-effective solutions that best serve client interests. Notwithstanding his good-natured demeanour, Matt remains a fervent client advocate when conflicts can only be resolved in a courtroom.

Matt has a general litigation practice with a focus on debtor-creditor relations and insolvency matters.

Outside of the office you can typically find Matt walking his dog “TJ”, swinging at a golf ball or skiing the slopes whenever his time permits.
