Kyra McAlister is an associate in the Competition & Foreign Investment Group. Her practice focuses primarily on the review of transactions under the Competition Act and the Investment Canada Act.
Background
While in law school, Kyra competed on the University of Toronto Law School’s team in the Adam F. Fanaki Competition Law Moot. She received an award for Runner-up Best Oralist (Appellant) and her team received awards for Best Faculty, Best Team (Appellant), and Best Factum (Appellant).

In her final year of law school, Kyra was the Executive Editor of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review.
