Hamza is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation.

Hamza is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, The Advocates’ Society and the Toronto Lawyers Association.

Background
Hamza completed a double law degree in common law and civil law at McGill University. While in law school, Hamza actively participated in various advocacy, research and litigation-oriented activities, including volunteering at a legal organization focused on human rights, clerking at the Municipal Court of Ville de Montréal, working at several research and legal clinics in Montréal, and participating in the Julius Alexander Isaac Moot.

Upon graduation, Hamza received the Montreal Bar Association Prize in Civil Procedure and the James A. Woods Scholarship in Civil Litigation.

Prior to joining Stikeman Elliott as a student, Hamza completed an internship at a large international law firm in Paris.

Hamza is fluent in both English and French.
