Natacha Ngo is an associate in the Tax Group. She practices in all areas of domestic and cross-border corporate income tax law (both public and private).

Natacha is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Background
Natacha completed a double law degree in common law and civil law at McGill University. During law school, Natacha was a research assistant to the H. Heward Stikeman Chair in the Law of Taxation at McGill University, and she was employed in the International Tax Department of Gildan Activewear Inc. In her final term of law school, Natacha was a group assistant for the Taxation Course, the Tax Policy Course, and the Tax Practice Seminar at McGill University.

Natacha was awarded the Taxation Scholarship, which is bestowed to a member of the graduating class on the basis of distinction in the field of taxation throughout the program and interest in the study of taxation as a legal discipline, including possible post-graduate intentions (declined).

During her articles at Stikeman Elliott, Natacha guest lectured in the Taxation Law Course at Osgoode Hall Law School and assisted with the International Taxation Course at McGill University. As an associate, Natacha continues to guest lecture at Osgoode Hall Law School.

Natacha is currently enrolled in the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’s three-year In-Depth Tax Program.
