Warren Ferguson is an associate in the Competition & Foreign Investment Group.

Warren specializes in assisting clients with economic sanctions, national security, and competition and foreign investment matters. His practice includes advising major domestic and international clients on navigating Canada’s evolving economic sanctions framework. Warren also counsels multi-national businesses, reviewing transactions under the Competition Act and the Investment Canada Act, and providing practical business focused solutions.

Professional Activities
Warren is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and is currently serving as the chair of the Young Lawyer’s Committee of the Canadian Bar Association.

Background
During law school, Warren competed on the Queen’s University Law School’s competitive moot team in the Adam F. Fanaki Competition Law Moot. His team received the Runner-up Best Team – Appellant Award and the Runner-up Best Factum – Appellant Award.
