Description
Jonathan Meyer is a senior associate in our Banking and Finance group. In his practice, he represents various financial institutions, alternative lenders, funds and borrowers in all manners of domestic and cross-border transactions.

Jonathan has experience advising on both secured and unsecured acquisition financings, real estate financings, project finance and asset-based lending transactions, consisting of both bilateral and syndicated loan structures. He also advises clients on insolvency and restructuring matters in connection with debt enforcement and forbearance, debt restructuring and refinancing and negotiating inter-creditor arrangements.
