Helen brings over 40 years of experience, skill and knowledge as a law clerk to the firm’s Real Estate Group. Helen assists with all aspects of real estate law, including land development, tax, corporate, estates and litigation. She specializes in dealing with large-scale commercial acquisition and sales of projects from onset to completion. She also has experience in banking and secured lending transactions, including commercial financing and refinancing of properties and real property portfolios across Canada. Helen’s responsibilities include reviewing agreements of purchase and sale, contracts and leases; drafting and reviewing closing documents, title documents and off-title due diligence; and communicating with clients, solicitors, municipal offices and government agencies.
