Description
Mark is the National Practice Group Leader for our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Canada, a role he was selected for based on his experience, commitment to client service and proven ability to help clients solve major challenges. He is also a member of the Canada Firm’s National Management Committee, the Global co-leader for the Firm’s Fraud and Asset Recovery Group and a member of the global litigation leadership team.

From a practice perspective, Mark is a leading banking and commercial litigation lawyer with more than two decades of experience in financial services litigation, the co-ordination and prosecution of banking and securities related frauds, internal investigations as well as in the recovery of misappropriated assets. He is also frequently retained as lead litigation counsel by Canadian and multinational clients on significant class action matters.
