Description
Molly has a deep and nuanced understanding of privacy law compliance, giving clients advice to support their operations and their commercial transactions, as well as data security best practices, breach response, regulatory investigations, and privacy class action defence. She represents clients in administrative proceedings under access to information, anti-spam and privacy legislation, as well as in the context of civil litigation. Her dual calls to the Ontario and New York bars allow her to advise on data protection, governance and AI regulation that reflect and comply with both Canadian and American laws.

Molly also supports clients on cybersecurity preparedness, records management, technology risk assessments and internal investigations relating to confidential information handling.
