Sue’s practice focuses on food and drug regulatory and intellectual property law, in particular, patent and regulatory matters in the pharmaceutical and medical device fields. She provides guidance relating to Food and Drugs Act compliance, data exclusivity, patent register listing, drug pricing at the Federal (PMPRB) level, establishment licensing, product licensing, packaging and labelling.
