Josh practices a broad range of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He advises public companies, private equity sponsors and other clients on complex corporate transactions and commercial matters. Josh also has significant experience advising issuers, investment banks and investors in public offerings and domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions. His experience covers a broad range of industries, including financial services, energy and infrastructure, retail and technology.

Josh also routinely provides guidance to public company clients on ongoing corporate governance and securities law matters.
