Christopher is a corporate lawyer with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and matters relating to corporate governance and securities regulatory compliance. He has extensive experience acting for private equity funds and strategic acquirors on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, and has successfully guided clients through complex transactions across a variety of sectors including industrial, manufacturing, technology, energy and healthcare. Christopher’s practice is distinguished by a deep understanding of the legal, regulatory and commercial nuances that impact multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions.

Christopher also specializes in corporate governance matters, advising clients on best practices for managing boards of directors, compliance with fiduciary duties and ensuring alignment between management and shareholder interests. He regularly negotiates and drafts complex shareholder and partnership agreements, addressing critical issues such as the rights and obligations of shareholders and limited partners, exit transactions, buy/sell provisions, dispute resolution mechanisms and governance structures to ensure the long-term stability and success of his clients.
