Description
Fabiola Bassong is an Associate in the Construction Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP.

Prior to joining the firm, Fabiola practised as an Associate at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto where she held a joint construction and medical malpractice defence practice. In this role, Fabiola successfully represented her clients before all level of Ontario Courts. Fabiola has experience with all the steps of civil proceedings including pleadings, trials, and enforcements. Fabiola also has experience representing clients in arbitrations, public inquiries, and before regulatory bodies.

Earlier in her career, Fabiola articled with a boutique law firm focused on business law, real estate law, estate matters, and debtor/creditor matters. As an Articling Student, she had carriage of Small Claims Court matters and handled post judgement enforcements for Superior Court matters.

Fabiola is fully bilingual in French and English.

When she is not practising law, Fabiola can be found on a tennis court, at the opera, at the theatre, or in the countryside for wine tasting.
