Description
Natasha Novac is an Associate in the Regulatory Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP. Her practice focuses on public, administrative and regulatory law and civil litigation.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Natasha was an Associate at a leading Toronto-based litigation boutique, where she practised civil litigation, professional regulation and union-side labour law. In this role, she appeared regularly before the Superior Court of Justice and private labour arbitrators.

Natasha completed her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she served as co-managing editor of TheCourt.ca and on the executive of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. Post-call, Natasha clerked for the judges of the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto and at the Federal Court of Canada. In 2023 she completed her LL.M. at Harvard Law School, where she wrote on feminist legal theory in Title IX administration and enforcement. Natasha has contributed several articles on legal ethics to peer-reviewed academic journals.

Before becoming a lawyer, Natasha managed a healthcare non-profit that serves survivors of domestic violence.
