Tyler’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on emerging companies, venture capital and M&A transactions. He has experience advising clients on a variety of M&A financing transactions, as well as experience with corporate transactional documents, such as shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and other ancillary materials.
