Stephanie Coleiro is a Law Clerk in the Private Client Services group of Miller Thomson’s Toronto office. Building on her extensive experience as a law clerk and former Trust Officer, she focuses on estate and trust administration, court passing of accounts and guardianship matters. Prioritizing clear communication with clients, she assists in all aspects of estate administration, including the preparation of probate applications, identification and valuation assets, preparation of estate accounts, and distributions to beneficiaries. Stephanie also corresponds with financial institutions on the collection and valuation of assets for estate and trust accounting purposes and helps with the preparation of court-approved management plans and guardianship plans.

Stephanie has bolstered her credentials with a Certificate in Estate and Trust Administration from STEP Canada. With a solid educational foundation and years of hands-on experience, she is well-equipped to handle your legal needs with precision and care.
