Description
Hayley works primarily in Corporate and Due Diligence. She conducts varying types of searches, obtaining reports for different transactions and for research and compliance purposes. She is currently expanding her expertise in the Personal Property Security Act in order to provide services such as financing statement registrations and discharges.

Hayley is currently involved in her local women’s hockey association, the local SPCA and actively participates in the Canadian Blood Services providing donations. Additionally, Hayley is involved with the Miller Thomson Social Committee, working with her team to put on special events for all team members. She participates in the planning and organizing, execution and hosting of the Annual holiday and Summery Parties, and staff appreciation events. She is dedicated to her role on the Social Committee, bringing positive energy, organization and creative ideas to every meeting and event.
