Paulina Dominiak, a seasoned Corporate Law Clerk, brings expertise in various aspects of corporate law and transactional matters. Her responsibilities include assisting with mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations, continuances, asset and share purchase transactions, the purchase and sale of businesses, as well as maintaining extra-provincial registrations and renewing business names and partnership registrations. Paulina’s work also includes incorporations, amendments, reorganizations, dissolutions and ongoing corporate maintenance matters.Prior to joining Miller Thomson LLP, Paulina worked at a well-established law firm, where she worked closely with senior partners on various corporate and commercial related transactions. She was also responsible for management and maintenance of the corporate records and assisted with real estate and financing transactions.
