Description
Matthew maintains a broad and general commercial litigation practice with a focus in the areas of construction law and employment litigation, with some experience in estate litigation. He has appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court of Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Matthew has provided advice to clients and argued matters in both English and French and established a reputation for finding practical solutions to complex legal problems.

Prior to joining BD&P, Matthew practiced as a commercial litigator at a multi-service firm in Ottawa.
