Over her career, Leah has successfully developed her practice through her attention to detail, common sense approach and ability to work collaboratively with all sides in each transaction to ensure deals are closed effectively and efficiently.
As Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group, Leah advises some of Canada’s largest developers on project development, acquisitions, dispositions and financings of commercial, industrial, retail and vacant properties.
Prior to joining Aird & Berlis, Leah spent several years as Counsel at another well-established Toronto law firm focusing on similar real-estate related matters for her clients.
