Kimberly is a Partner practicing in the area of medical negligence. She has significant experience in litigating medical negligence actions. Her practice focuses on helping those that have been injured through medical negligence. She has experience in representing clients before the Provincial and Superior Ontario Courts of Justice, as well as various administrative tribunals, including the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board and the Immigration and Refugee Board.

Kimberly obtained her J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2013. She articled with Siskinds and began practicing in the medical malpractice department once she was called to the bar in 2014. Prior to obtaining her J.D. degree, Kimberly graduated with High Distinction from the University of Toronto, receiving an Honours B.Sc with a specialist in Environment Science and a major in Biology in 2010.

Born and raised in the province of Newfoundland, Kimberly has come to love the Forest City. She enjoys mountain biking, hiking with her family, and reading fantasy and sci-fi novels.
