Description
Kimberly Grange (She/Her/Hers) is responsible for developing and leading Dentons Canada’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) work, partnering with internal teams and clients to implement Belonging@Dentons – the Firm’s IDEA strategy and Reconciliation Roadmap.
Reporting directly to our CEO, Kimberly works hand-in-hand with Firm leadership to meet our IDEA and Reconciliation goals, realize our long-standing commitment to integrate IDEA across our business, and foster a culture of belonging.
Kimberly has held talent leadership positions at leading national and global law firms since 2016, designing and delivering programs through an inclusion and equity lens. She has crafted and delivered on strategy, and has a strong track record of being a leader in IDEA within the legal industry, including on topics of mental health and illness.
