Description
Harriette is a partner in the firm’s business law group, with a focus in mergers and acquisitions.

She has experience working on both domestic and cross-border commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, private equity offerings, and corporate reorganizations. Harriette is also a member of the firm’s banking and financial services group, and has worked with both lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions, acquisition and project financings, securitizations and participations.

In addition to her transactional practice, Harriette enjoys working with entrepreneurial clients starting or looking to grow their businesses, providing advice relating to structure and organization, financing considerations, shareholder and partnership arrangements, and key operating contracts.
