Description
Kenneth Szeto is a partner in the Toronto Corporate group. He has more than 15 years of experience advising clients in a variety of commercial and corporate transactions, including asset and share purchase agreements, public and private mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions, capital markets transactions, service agreements, vendor agreements, IT and intellectual property agreements. Additionally, he regularly advises on corporate governance compliance, privacy, data and regulatory matters.

Throughout his career, Kenneth has represented companies in the pharmaceutical, clean technology, finance, life sciences, and technology, logistics and distribution and e-commerce sectors. He has also served as General Counsel at two prominent software companies and worked at an international law firm in New York.
