Description
John H. Willcock is a litigation associate at Branch MacMaster. He rejoined the firm in July 2025 after a 10-year hiatus.

Prior to rejoining Branch MacMaster, John worked for over 8 years at a law firm in Vancouver, practicing in insurance defence litigation. John has appeared at all levels of court in B.C. and has extensive trial experience. In addition to litigation, John has frequently participated in mediations and settlement negotiations, where he has excelled in achieving strong outcomes for his clients.

Outside of the office, John enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and playing hockey, golf and chess. John previously rowed for McGill University.
