Description
Emily is a partner at Branch MacMaster and practices primarily in the areas of insurance and health law. Her practice is litigation based and she has successfully defended claims in a number of areas including commercial host liability, occupier’s liability, property damage and professional negligence. She also has experience bringing subrogated claims and defending first party claims against insurers.

Emily has a history of successfully defending clients at trial and in front of tribunals. Where applicable she uses alternate dispute resolution solutions to effectively resolve claims. She is experienced in using negotiation, settlement conferences and mediation to achieve optimal results for clients.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys travelling, cooking, trying new restaurants and getting outdoors.
