Description
Eric is a partner in the Real Estate Group. His practice involves all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, joint venture and co-ownership, and leasing of commercial real estate. Eric regularly advises real estate owners, developers, asset and property managers and financial institutions across a broad range of asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, mixed-used, and residential properties.
Eric has extensive experience acting for several of the country’s largest and most recognized REITs, publicly traded real estate companies, and other institutional real estate owners and investors.
Professional Activities
Eric is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers and the Korean Canadian Lawyers Association.
Background
Before joining Stikeman Elliott, Eric was a real estate partner at a national Canadian law firm.
Eric earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, and completed a Doctor of Pharmacy at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Eric is a licensed pharmacist in the Province of Ontario (Part B).
