Description
Ryan Therrien is a partner in the Banking and Finance group in Dentons’ Toronto office.

Ryan has a broad credit-related practice and advises Canadian and foreign financial institutions and borrowers in structuring and negotiating various financing transactions, including cash flow lending, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, project financings, and securitizations.

Prior to joining Dentons, Ryan spent several years at another leading Canadian law firm and, more recently, as in-house counsel at a major Canadian bank, where he provided strategic legal advice on credit-related matters.
