Over the past decade I recovered millions of dollars in settlements for injured patients and their families in cases against surgeons (general, vascular, orthopedic), cardiologists, emergency physicians, general and family physicians, as well as nurses, chiropractors and dentists.

For the past 15 years, I have focused my practice on medical negligence claims for injured patients and their families. Medical malpractice claims are difficult and my years of experience doing these cases have resulted in a great deal of respect and admiration for the medical community who, for the most part, do amazing work. In some cases, a tragic outcome or serious injury was entirely avoidable and I have devoted my career to assisting the victims of those all too common events.
