Description
Dara graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts. After obtaining his degree at U of T, he began pursuing a career in law. Dara attended law school at Bond University, obtaining his Juris Doctor. He is completing his Master of Laws degree at Osgoode Hall Law School (Osgoode) at York University. In addition, he has completed the Family Law Skills and Practice Program and the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop at Osgoode.

Before exclusively practicing family law, Dara worked in civil litigation and real estate. He regularly appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. He has also appeared before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Dara is a resolution-focused lawyer who seeks to achieve finality for his clients through an agreement and, if required, fearless advocacy in court.

Dara is a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (FACL) and the Advocates’ Society. He is conversationally fluent in Khmer (Cambodian) and is working on being proficient in French. In his spare time, Dara enjoys baking, swimming, and travelling.
