Description
Olivia obtained her honours Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Kent Faculty of Law, and graduated with a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.

Since her call to the Bar of Ontario, Olivia has focused her practice primarily in the area of family law including parenting and and decision-making, child support, spousal support, equalization and division of property.

Olivia is a committed and passionate advocate. She believes that achieving successful results begins with understanding the individual realities of each client and tailors her approach to meet their objectives. Olivia is dedicated to helping clients navigate through complex family law issues towards resolution. She appreciates the value in adopting forms of alternative dispute resolution methods to reach settlements. Olivia has also represented clients before Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.
