Brandon, a corporate transactional lawyer in our Toronto office, specializes in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity and general corporate/commercial matters. With a keen focus on providing practical advice to both private and public clients, Brandon excels in navigating capital markets, structuring public/private offerings, and steering successful M&A transactions. Brandon is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Law Society of Ontario, and the Canadian Bar Association. He was also an Instructor for the “Securities Regulation” course at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2024.
