Description
Bhargavi maintains a disputes practice with a focus on labour, employment, and human rights law.

Bhargavi provides tailored advice to public and private sector employers on a variety of labour and employment law matters including:

Labour relations;
Human rights;
Occupational health and safety;
Workplace Investigations;
Employment standards, and
Wrongful dismissals.
Bhargavi advocates for her clients in proceedings before labour arbitrators, human rights tribunals, labour relations boards, and the courts. Bhargavi also advises employers on a variety of day-to-day employment matters, including employee accommodations, terminations, employment contracts, and policy reviews.

Prior to law school, Bhargavi worked as an advisor at the federal Treasury Board within the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer, the employer for all federal public sector employees in Canada.
