Description
Arielle Dillonsmith is a partner in the Real Estate group at Dentons. Her practice is primarily transactional and is concentrated around the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial land. Arielle frequently acts for developers in connection with condominium, office, retail and mixed-use projects.

With a diverse clientele that includes builders, lenders, landlords, investors and project consortiums, Arielle brings extensive experience to her role. She is adept at drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, opinions, title insurance commitments, easements, condominium disclosure documents and other transactional agreements. Arielle has played a key role in several public-private partnership transactions and other structurally complex deals.
