Andrew practises in all areas of domestic and international income tax law, with a focus on corporate tax, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and tax planning. Andrew has a particular interest in the federal investment tax credits related to the clean and renewable energy supply chain, and has advised on the applicability of the federal investment tax credits to Canadian clean and renewable energy projects.
