Izak is an associate lawyer practicing in the labour and employment department at Siskinds. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2024, following his summering and articling with the firm.

Born and raised in London, Izak brings a strong connection to the community along with his legal expertise. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Lakehead University, where he developed a keen interest in labour and employment law through various legal clinic work and community projects. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor’s degree from Dalhousie University. Izak chose to study outside of London as a way to experience new areas and broaden his horizons, which enriched his understanding of diverse legal landscapes and practices.

In his spare time, Izak enjoys playing golf, hockey, and guitar as well as spending time with friends and family.
