Description
Sean is a real estate lawyer in the firm’s Vancouver office.

Sean’s practice focuses on development and commercial leasing matters. He advises clients on a variety of development projects, including high-density residential and mixed-use, commercial and industrial developments in the areas of acquisition, structuring, construction and sales. Sean provides pragmatic and succinct advice on the Real Estate Development Marketing Act issues, land title issues and strata title issues for projects both on and off Indigenous lands. In the area of commercial leasing, Sean has a breadth of experience in drafting and negotiation, providing practical and business-focused advice.

Prior to joining MLT Aikins, Sean obtained his Juris Doctor with a focus on business law from the University of British Columbia and practised real estate and corporate/commercial law at a mid-sized Vancouver firm.
