Kaelyn is a corporate lawyer with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and corporate governance.

Kaelyn advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements related to mergers, acquisitions, financings and commercial transactions. Kaelyn also advises on corporate governance matters, helping businesses with shareholder agreements, partnership structures and risk mitigation.

She represents borrowers and lenders in financing matters, including asset-based lending and project acquisition financing. Known for her detail-oriented approach and practical solutions, Kaelyn is a trusted adviser to corporations handling complex business transactions.

Prior to law school and receiving her Bar admissions, Kaelyn worked in Ottawa for six years, serving in a variety of roles including executive assistant and communication assistant for the Office of the Minister of Agriculture and junior correspondence writer for the Office of the Prime Minister.
