Steven’s practice focuses on corporate law in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He advises private equity firms, pension plans and corporates on domestic and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, divestitures, majority and minority investments, consortium transactions, co-investments, secondary transactions, joint ventures and other shareholders arrangements. With a dual call in Ontario and New York, Steven advises clients on transactions in Canada and the United States.
