Anna advocates for health care clients and their staff in complex civil claims and administrative matters.

Anna provides advice on a wide range of health law-related issues, including:

uninsured/private health services
disclosure obligations
the release of personal health information to third parties
regulatory college proceedings and litigation
legal issues relating to telehealth
Anna has acted as lead counsel before all levels of courts in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has appeared before administrative tribunals, including:

Coroner’s Inquests
the Health Professionals Appeal and Review Board (on physician privileging disputes and regulatory college appeals)
regulatory colleges
the Consent and Capacity Board
