She advises clients on a variety of matters in connection with corporate governance, transactions, and commercial arrangements.
Prior to joining BLG, Melanie worked in the House of Commons where she gained valuable knowledge about Canada’s legislative process and parliamentary procedure. Melanie summered and articled with BLG before returning as an associate.
